Reading Workshop-Biographies 

There are certain components of almost every biography:

We read five different biographies to the classes and learned how to fill out 5 different graphic organizers.  Each day, the kids filled in more and more on their own.

  

We worked this week to publish some poems.  Two days were spent revising selected poems to make them better.  Two days were spent on editing.  Next step is mounting them with art work.
