Our Class!
This past week we spent time getting to know one another and establishing our routines for the year. Establishing classroom norms and expectations takes at least 6 weeks and monitoring all year long.
In math we are learning how to use materials respectfully and are learning to skip count.
We are learning about monarch butterflies and recording what we see as scientists.
We are also learning how to read and take care of the books from our "theme" bookshelf.
