Hard at work in May

We finished researching the life cycle of a frog and then wrote essays teaching about what we learned.
We made sure to use transition words in these essays.

Each student has now chosen a new research question on frogs.  Some sample questions:
What is the difference between frogs and toads?
What do frogs eat?
Others are researching specific types of frogs-poison dart frogs are popular!

Using the index and table of contents really helps us find the information we are looking for.

Our last Four Winds for the year was all about our amazing CCS Compost Shed.
Thank you to our Four Winds Volunteers!
