Planting Unit-we have some beautiful Lima Bean Plants for the school garden!
We are experimenting with some of them....
After sending home our grass cups, we had room so we are trying to grow some old marigold seeds I found-they might not work-and some giant sunflowers to plant around the school. Our nasturtiums have sprouted.
We worked on an art project about the jobs of each part of a plant.

We read this Korean version of Cinderella and learned more about Korean Culture
We watched children and adults perform Korean Fan Dances and then made our own fans. We also watched a video of modern k-pop music.
We learned some cool facts about South Korea and its flag. Then we made out own mini flags with facts on the back.
