A fun math Activity for you.....

Have you noticed how many shapes are around you? Your teachers have! We challenged each other to find as many shapes as we can… now we are challenging you! How many shapes can you find? Look around your house and outside! Make a list of what you find! We’d love to know what you find!

Hello from Ms. Lizzy:

Hi Friends!

I hope everyone is finding ways to smile everyday and getting lots of fresh air! I have been facetiming a lot with your other teachers and we all agree that our days aren’t the same without all of you! Something that has put a smile on my face is seeing pictures of all the fun activities you are doing at home, keep it up! When I’m not done with my teacher-job for the day, I have been enjoying reading lots of books, drinking coffee, playing with my silly cat Wasabi, and taking lots of walks around my neighborhood- It’s nice to see spring happening outside!

Hope you all continue to fill your days with fun activities and things that make you laugh. Stay tuned for some of my read-alouds and videos, who knows you may even see Wasabi!

Smiles,

Miss Lizzy

From Mrs. Spellman:

I have loved being outside and I have also had a lot of fun inside. One activity that I have really been enjoying is building! Has anyone else been building?? I have been having fun with Lego challenges! Before I started, I spent A LOT of time sorting my Lego by color! (Fun fact... did you know that the plural of Lego is Lego!)

So far I have completed two challenges:

Day 2 - NASA needs you to build a new rocket ship.

Day 3 - Your parents want to build a new home and they want you to build it.

Here are some new photos to share!
